Standard Support

Standard Support is designed to meet the general support needs of EVM Executive Edition. Standard Support is included with EVM Executive Edition for no additional charge. EVM Executive Edition customers can contact customer support representative via web and phone. Customers are encouraged to use the Web-Submission whenever possible in order to minimize phone queue wait time.

Customers are also encouraged to use the online knowledge database to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions on EVM Executive Edition. The online knowledge database is frequently updated with tips so that even advanced users can always increase their knowledge of EVM Executive Edition.

Response Time
Standard Support customer cases will be responded to, if not resolved, within 4 hours for Web-Submissions received weekdays between 9 AM PST and 6 PM PST. For Web-Submissions received outside those hours, you will receive a response during the next business day. The customer support representative will call you back or e-mail a response, depending on the complexity of your queries.

Telephone Contact
With Standard Support, all EVM Executive Edition users within your organization will be able to contact the customer support representative via telephone. Calls to Governance One customer support representatives will incur toll charges, similar to any long distance call. Callers must authenticate themselves by providing their company name and user ID. Only registered users can request assistance.

A Minimum Annual Total of 3 Hours Free Phone Contact
Each Standard Support customer will be entitled to an annual total of 3 hours free phone contact for the single user annual license. Additional one hour would be added to the annual total of free phone contact for each additional user license purchased. Governance One reserves the right to limit each telephone call to thirty minutes. Support via telephone is available 9 AM PST to 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Unlimited Web-Submission Support
Each Standard Support customer will be entitled to unlimited free support through Web-Submission. Standard Support customers can submit questions electronically using the online Support Request Form on the Governance One web site.

Standard Support is included with EVM Executive Edition for no additional charge.
